Response Informatics Ltd - Announcement Under Reg.30 (LODR)-Issue Of Stock Option Grants To Employees.

We wish to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC Committee) approved and granted 3,30,000 (Three Lakhs Thirty Thousand) number of stock options to eligible employees of the Company at a price of Rs. 10/- per option under its Response Informatics Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2022 (ESOP Plan 2022). The aforesaid grant of options and the pricing formula is in accordance with ESOP Plan 2022 of the Company.
