Rhodia Specialty Chemicals India Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Code of Conduct framed by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, note that the "Trading Window" (i.e. period to deal in the Company's shares) shall remain closed from April 01, 2014 till the next day of proposed Board Meeting to be held in the month of May 2014 for approval of financial results for the year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>The date of proposed Board Meeting to be held in the month of May 2014 shall be informed in due course.
