Richfield Financial Services Ltd - Board Meeting Outcome for Voluntary Delisting Of Equity Shares From The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited

The Board of Directors approved the fresh proposal for Voluntary Delisting of its Equity Shares from the Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (CSE) pursuant to Regulation 6 of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021 as amended from time to time where no exit opportunity is required; since the Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited do not have any active trading platform for trading in the listed Equity Shares of the Company, the shareholders or the Company do not have any advantage of listing on the CSE. However, the Equity Shares of the Company will continue to be listed on the BSE Ltd which is having nationwide trading terminals.
