Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14th day of August, 2024, subject to the approval of members of the Company, has inter alia, considered and approved the amendments to the objects clause of the Memorandum of Association (MOA) of the Company.
