Ricoh India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 12, 2015, inter alia, have transacted the following matter(s):-<BR><BR>1. Appointed Mr. Manoj Kumar, EVP & CEO of the Company as the new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Appointed Mr. Tetsuya Takano as the new Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f April 01, 2015.<BR><BR>3. Have approved the resignation of Mr. N. Majima, Chairman from the Board of Directors of Company w.e.f. April 01, 2015.
