RICOH INDIA LTD. - Board recommends Dividend

Ricoh India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2015, inter alia, have recommended a Dividend of 10% at Rs. 1/- (i.e. Rupee One only) per Equity Share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2015 subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
