Ricoh India Ltd has informed BSE that due to some unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was supposed to be held November 05, 2015 inter alia to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015 as subjected to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company will now be held on November 10, 2015.
