Ricoh India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 24, 2014, inter alia, have transacted the following Business matter:<br/><br/>- Have Re-appointed Mr. Tetsuya Takano as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a period of One Year with effect from April 01, 2014.
