RISA INTERNATIONAL LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and in accordance with the code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated persons for trading in company''s shares/securities, the trading window shall remain closed with effect from 1st April, 2022 for the purpose of consideration and approval of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2022.
