Rishabhdev Technocable Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017, to inter-alia consider and approve Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window for trading in Companys securities by the Designated persons shall remain closed till February 17, 2017.
