RISHABHDEV TECHNOCABLE LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Rishabhdev Technocable Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 08, 2016, has transacted the following :<BR><BR>1. Approved & consider the Resignation of Mrs. Sonali Ashwinkumar Vedpathak Women Director from the board of the Company.<BR><BR>2. Our manufacturing unit at Silvassa has been temporary shut down due to various reasons like insufficient working capital, Labour problems and delay in execution of orders by which most of all customers cancelled the orders & also ongoing settlement with all the Company's Working Capital Partners/Bankers i.e. IDBI Bank, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur & Bank of Maharashtra the Company have temporary closed the manufacturing activities.<BR><BR>The Company is are assessing the situation and the operations would resume once the situation improves.
