RITES Ltd - Corporate Action-Board to consider Dividend

Pursuant to Regulation 29 & 42 of the SEBI(LODR), 2015, notice is hereby given that in the said meeting Board may consider payment of first interim Dividend, for the FY 2024-25, if any. The Company has fixed August 7, 2024, as the record date for the purpose of payment of first Interim Dividend for the FY 2024-25, if declared by the Board.
