RLF LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

In pursuance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company''s securities will remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relative(s) from 1st April, 2021 till closure of 48 hours after the date of board meeting wherein inter-alia, the approval of audited financial statements for the quarter & year ended 31st March, 2021, would be considered by the Board.
