Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A, Para A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. July 15, 2024, inert alia have, transacted the following businesses: 1. On the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, appointed Mr. Akhilesh Kumar Jain (DIN: 03466588), as an Additional Director (Executive) of the Company, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company. 2. On the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, appointed Mr. Kuljit Singh Popli (DIN: 01976135), as an Additional Independent Director (Non-Executive) of the Company, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company
