Robust Hotels Ltd - Clarification On Price Movement

With reference to email dated July 31, 2024 - L/SURV/ONL/PV/KS/ 2024-2025 / 2529 received from bse.surv@bseindia.com, we wish to clarify that other than those reported to Stock Exchange till date, there have been no reportable significant developments in the day to day operations of the Company and it is "Business as usual". Therefore, the movement in the price of securities of the Company is purely due to market conditions and absolutely market driven and the management of the Company is in no way connected with any such movement in price of the securities of the Company. The company shall provide all relevant information to the Stock Exchange at appropriate time in accordance with Regulation 30 of SBEI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
