The Seventeenth Annual General Meeting (17th AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 03:00 P.M. 1ST through Video Conference (VC) / Other AudioVisual Means (OAVM). The Company has engaged Central Depository Services (India) Limited ("CDSL") for providing e-voting services and VC/OAVM facility for this AGM.
