Robust Hotels Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

In accordance with the code of conduct pursuant to SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations ,2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed for all the Designated persons and other connected persons from 1st October 2024 till 48hrs after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ending 30th September 2024.
