Rodium Realty Limited - Non-Applicability Of Regulation 23(9) Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

As per Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, every listed company shall submit 'disclosures of related party transactions on a consolidated basis' within 30 days from the date of publication of its standalone and consolidated financial results for the half year.<BR> <BR> This is to inform you that, read with Regulation 15(2)(a) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Regulation 23(9) is applicable to only those listed entities having paid-up Equity Share Capital exceeding Rs. 10 Crores and Net Worth exceeding<BR> Rs. 25 Crores. The paid-up Equity Share Capital and Net Worth of the Company as on <BR> March 31, 2021, (latest audited balance sheet) was Rs. 3.24 Crores and Rs. 13.33 Crores respectively and which does not exceed the above threshold limits.<BR> The Company, therefore, is not required to submit 'Disclosures of the Related Party Transaction on a consolidated basis as per Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.<BR> <BR> We request you to kindly take the same on record.<BR> <BR> <BR>
