Rollatainers Ltd has informed BSE that the R T Packaging Ltd. has allotted 20,000,000 equity share of Rs. 10/- each to Rollatainers Ltd on preferential issue basis. Consequent to the above allotment of shares, R T Packaging Ltd. become subsidiary Company of Rollatainers Ltd.
