ROLLATAINERS LTD. - Board Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window

Rollatainers Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve & take on record the Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has decided that the closure of trading window as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 would commence from October 24, 2015 and the trading window shall remain closed till the completion of second trading day after the announcement of Financial Results of the Company i.e. close of trading hours of November 10, 2015 (both days inclusive).
