ROSE MERC.LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve addition of investors with respect to proposed offer, issue and allotment of 1,71,000 Equity Warrants convertible into 1,71,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- at a price of Rs. 240/- per share (including premium of Rs. 250/- per share) or such higher price as may be determined in accordance with Chapter V of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 (SEBI ICDR Regulations), on a Preferential Basis to Non-promoters, for cash consideration as approved by the Board in its meeting held on August 14, 2024 and to approve revised Notice of the 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
