Rossari Biotech Ltd - Reclassification As Key Managerial Personnel

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of lndia (SEBI) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), we hereby informed that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, May 19, 2022 has reclassified Mr. Ketan Sablok, Group-Chief Financial Officer, from Senior Management Personnel to Key Managerial Personnel.
