Further to our letter dated 27th October, 2020, we write to advise you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 12th November, 2020 has approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ended 30th September, 2020 after review of the same by the Audit Committee of the Board. <BR> <BR> In terms of Regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we enclose the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half year ended 30th September, 2020 along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon.<BR> <BR> The Meeting commenced at 14:30 P.M. and concluded at 18.10 P.
