Kindly be advised that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees and Connected Persons of the Company from 1st October, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2021.
