Rossell India Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 27, 2022, inter alia, to consider and approve the followings:<BR><BR>1. Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2022, prepared in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; and<BR><BR>2. To recommend dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2021-2022;
