Roto Pumps Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.60 per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each (i.e. 30%) for the financial year 2014-15.
