Pursuant to Royal Orchid Hotels Limited Insider Trading Policy to regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders and applicable SEBI Regulations, We would like to inform you that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by Insiders stands closed from 1st July 2022 till the second day after the submission of the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30th June 2022 to the Stock exchanges.
