Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 18, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Interim Dividend for the year 2016-17.<BR><BR>In this connection, the trading window of the Company will be closed from February 16, 2017 to February 20, 2017 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window will be opened from February 21, 2017.
