RPSG Ventures Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Insider Trading Prohibition Code of the Company (''the Code''), the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by all Designated Persons as defined in the Code, shall be closed from Sunday, January 1, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ending on December 31, 2022.
