RSWM LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

RSWM Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 27, 2015, subject to approval of members at General Meeting, have co-opted Shri Prakash Maheshwari on the Board of Directors as an additional Director w.e.f. April 01, 2015. Shri Prakash Maheshwari will be designated as Executive Director w.e.f. the date of his appointment.
