RTS Power Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that Sri Bachhraj Begwani, Director of the Company has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company due to his ill health vide his letter dated January 09, 2016 which has been received by the Company on January 27, 2016.<BR><BR>The Board has noted his resignation in its Meeting held on February 12, 2016. The Board also has placed on record their appreciation of the valuable contribution made by him and services received from him during his long tenure of office as a Director of the Company.
