RUBFILA INTERNATIONAL LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st July, 2024 till 48 hours of the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Statements for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting shall be intimated in due course.
