Bharat Shah, Managing Director by the Central Bureau of Investigation.<BR> <BR> We would further like to inform you that Shri. Bharat Shah has been granted a bail by the Sessions Court Thane on 10/10/2017 and he was released on 12/10/2017.<BR> <BR> The other information with respect to estimated amount involved and the impact on the Company remains the same.<BR>
