Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has sold its entire 50.001% investment of 37,50,001 fully paid Equity Shares in its subsidiary company i.e. Gemini Edibles and Fats India Private Limited to Golden Agri International India Holding Pte. Ltd., 108 Pasir Panjang Road, #06-00 Golden Agri Plaza, Singapore 118535 for a consideration of USD 17.88 million (equivalent to Rs. 109.92 Crores), as per the share purchase agreement entered into by the Company (and other Sellers) with the Golden Agri International India Holding Pte. Ltd. The transaction is neither a slump sale nor a related party transaction.
