Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from February 05, 2016 to February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive).
