The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remail closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from April 01, 2024 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results by the Company for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting would be intimated in due course.
