The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from July 01, 2024 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results by the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the said financial results would be intimated in due course.
