Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 07, 2015, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1).<BR><BR>Further, as per Companys Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed on account of consideration of Un-audited (Standalone) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015, for all designated employees, for the period:<BR><BR>i. from July 23, 2015 to August 09, 2015 (both days inclusive) for trading in REC Equity Shares; and<BR><BR>ii. from July 31, 2015 to August 09, 2015 (both days inclusive) for trading in REC Listed Debt Securities (Tax Free Bonds etc.).<BR><BR>The Trading Window will open from August 10, 2015 for trading in REC Equity Shares and REC Listed Debt Securities (Tax Free Bonds etc.).<BR><BR>During this period, designated employees and their dependent family members are required not to deal in RECs Equity Shares / Securities.
