RURAL ELECTRIFICATION CORPORATION LTD. - Board declares Interim Dividend

Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2015, inter alia, have declared and approved payment of Interim Dividend at the rate of Rs. 8/- (Rupees Eight only) per share on the face value of the fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2014-15. The said Interim Dividend will be paid/dispatched on February 27, 2015.
