RUSHIL DECOR LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and The code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Dealing with the securities of Rushil Decor Limited, the Trading Window shall remain closed from 23rd March, 2023 till conclusion of 48 hours of the Fund Raising Committee meeting to be held on 28th March, 2023.
