Ruttonsha International Rectifier Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 (Q4).<BR><BR>In terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the Companys securities by the Insiders of the Company will remain closed from May 23, 2016 and would open 48 hours after announcement of financial results to the public.
