Steel Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees shall remain closed from November 05, 2014 to November 13, 2014 (both days inclusive).
