Further pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company has already been closed from October 01, 2025 and will reopen after 48 hours of declaration of un-audited Financial Results for the financial year ended September 30, 2025. The said Results shall be declared on Thursday, November 13, 2025.
