SAAG RR INFRA LTD. - Cancellation of Creditors Meeting called for on May 31, 2014

With reference to the earlier letter dated May 02, 2014 wherein the Company intimated that the Company is calling EGM of shareholders and also creditors meeting to be held at Chennai on May 31, 2014 for winding up of the Company, SAAG RR Infra Ltd has now informed BSE that due to stay order received from a City Civil Court, Chennai on a petition by a creditor, the creditors meeting is being cancelled. However EGM of share holders meeting will be held as intimated on May 31, 2014.
