Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e. Thursday, November 11, 2021, inter alia considered and approved the following matters:<BR> <BR> 1. Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.<BR> <BR> 2. The Board of Directors, upon recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee has re-appointed Mr. Kailasnath Adhikari (DIN: 07009389) (whose current term expires on February 09, 2022) as the Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 05 (Five) consecutive years w.e.f.
