Non-Applicability of Regulation 24A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ['SEBI (LODR) Regulations'). The requirement of filing Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the year ended March 31, 2021 under the SEBI (LODR) Regulations is not applicable to the Company, as Paid-up Equity Share Capital and Net worth of the Company as on March 31, 2021 is less than Rs. 10 Crore and Rs. 25 Crore respectively, which is below the threshold limit mentioned under Regulation 15(2) in compliance with Regulation 24A of the said Regulations.
