The chairman informed the Board that pursuant to the provisions of companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, company is required to appoint a Secretarial Auditor for conducting audit for the F.Y. 2023-24 and proposed the name of M/s Naredi Vinod and Associates, Company Secretaries Jaipur for the same.
