On Recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to approval of members of the Company at their ensuing General Meeting, Board of Directors have recommended appointment of Mr. Ambalal C. Patel (DIN-00037870) as an Independent Director of the Company not liable to retire by rotation, to hold office for period of five years commencing from date of passing of Special Resolution by the members of the Company in ensuing General Meeting.
