Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Addendum to Intimation of Board Meeting to be held on Monday, 12th August, 2024 under Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
