Sadhana Nitro Chem Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 12, 2014, has considered the following:<br/><br/>1. Appointment of Mr. Nitin R. Jani as a Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. September 15, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Approved the Sale of wholly owned Foreign Subsidiary of the Company.<br/><br/>3. Approved the issuance of notice to the members of the Company for passing of resolutions in respect of following matters through Postal Ballot:<br/><br/>a. Creation of charge on / mortgage of the assets of the Company.<br/>b. Sale of wholly owned foreign subsidiary of the Company.
